Product Description The U.S. Solid Motorized Ball Valve is a 3/4" brass ball valve with a standard port, designed for use with a working voltage of 9-36V AC/DC and features a 2-wire auto return. This valve offers energy-efficient operation, consuming only 5W of power and providing a max torque of 2 Nm. The valve has a quick close/open time of 6-8 seconds and a maximum pressure of 145 PSI (1.0 Mpa).

With a life expectancy of 80,000-100,000 cycles, this motorized ball valve is suitable for medium temperature ranges from 32℉ to 194℉ and ambient temperature ranges from 14℉ to 104℉. The valve is normally closed and features an auto-return function. It is not recommended for use with drinking water due to the brass material containing lead.

Precision Threading The motorized ball valve features standard NPT threading for easy installation in U.S. piping systems. The tapered threading provides enhanced connection sealing, requiring pipe thread tape for a secure installation. The valve is meticulously manufactured and tested to ensure precise threading for straightforward installation.

Wiring Instructions DC: Connect the yellow wire to the negative pole (-). The valve opens when the red wire is connected to the positive pole (+) and closes when the blue wire is connected to the positive pole. Disconnecting any wire will maintain the current state of the valve. AC: Connect the yellow wire to any pole. The valve opens when the red wire is connected to the other pole and closes when the blue wire is connected to the other pole. Disconnecting any wire will maintain the valve's current state.

Indicator Lights The valve is equipped with indicator lights to show its working status: - Open indicator light: indicates the valve is open and operational - Close indicator light: indicates the valve is closed and in standby mode - Stuck indicator light: indicates a fault in the valve, requiring inspection or maintenance
